If you had a part in creating the world (and your collaborator is okay with you changing it), I'd say you're fine. The way I read your last comment just made it seem like you'd developed the character from a world you didn't create, which gets a little trickier in my experience. Although I think there's ways to work around that sort of thing too, depending. (Such as if you'd created a character to fit in with something like a tabletop game world, for example.)

If you'd like to tweak her setting in any way you're also free to do so, but that's up to you! I'll go ahead and create her a tag. :D

It...it's actually based on this AIM rp that we did, based on the world of that webcomic and we ran with it in a different direction. But I'll edit the comment up top, make it a little more generalized.
